Preschool Coaches League enrollment is now closed.
Go from being the training "hub" in your gym to having a supportive, streamlined coach training system with Preschool Coaches League.
Every gym has that one "star coach."
Everyone knows who she is. Everyone wants to be in her class. Everyone feels great after her lesson. And her classes are fully booked.
That’s why, whenever your phone rings for another new enrollment, you’re silently freaking out that you’ve put them with a good enough coach who tries hard, but let’s be real — she’s not your "star coach."
If only you could clone your best ones.
The closest you ever get, though, is the exhausting attempt of cloning yourself in a one-on-one training model.
It’s time to go from being the training "hub" for the entire gym to having a training system that creates consistent coaches for you.
A gym's complete training system for teaching and managing young children.
If you want a great preschool program that parents can’t stop talking about...
If you want to know that no matter what happens on the floor, your coaches are equipped to deal with it...
If you want to turn your preschool program into the gym's best revenue driver...
Then you need a way to create consistently trained coaches without bearing the entire load of coach training.
It's possible to make coach training a marketable asset that parents will rave (and feel good) about!
Here’s how Preschool Coaches League is going to help you achieve all of this and more...
That lesson plan you spent hours on? Tear it up.
Because the moment those preschool gymnasts hit the floor, things can get weird real quick.
And when it does, it won't matter how well your coaches can teach a forward roll.
Having competent and confident coaches is all about knowing what to do when things go sideways. And things always go sideways.
That’s the nature of little people learning to live in a big world.
I remember my first runner like it was yesterday.
From rocking a crushed-velvet leo as a competitive gymnast in Canada in the 90s to being a Preschool Gymnastics Director in the KC area, Chicago, and New Zealand, I've spent my life sharpening my philosophies, lessons, and strategies for growing preschool programs.
Throw in five more years as a Kindergarten teacher and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, and I've got a deep understanding of the developmental phases of early childhood education.
In 2021, I put it all together and launched Preschool Coaches League, a complete training system for Owners and Directors to infuse child development training into consistent coach training. I'm proud to say Preschool Coaches League has helped hundreds of gyms and trained over 800 coaches around the world.
There's one thing I know to be true... Parents talk.
It only takes one class and one coach to lose your reputation.
Equally, it only takes one class for parents to become walking, talking billboards for your business.
The question is, are your coaches prepared to handle whatever is thrown at them on the floor?
Because there’s nothing in the lesson plan, class schedule or music selection that’s going to prepare your coaches for the unpredictable…
Until now.
Here’s what happens when you stop using your time to research and create new training programs yourself and enroll in Preschool Coaches League:
✅ You train your coaches in rock-solid child development knowledge.
✅ Coaches understand how and why bringing their personality and style to each class impacts satisfaction and retention.
✅ You start providing properly and consistently trained coaches to your families.
✅ You finally break the cycle of training "as things come up" to having a clear training system where everyone knows how to anticipate what coaches need on the floor.
✅ Leadership learns to give better feedback that leads to faster action.
✅ Everyone in the gym — including parents! — understands the importance of ongoing training for ALL coaches and has a simple way to plan for it.
✅ You make coach training a marketable asset that parents will rave (and feel good) about!
The result?
Quick! We need you teaching yesterday. You’re hired.
Follow me. Here’s the gym. Here are the rotations. Here's the music.

In this stage, coaches learn the basics of childhood development and how to create a solid preschool program foundation with our Retention Rocks system.
This module creates a base-knowledge for every coach that’s grounded in connection and teaching The Whole Child.
In this stage, coaches learn what to look for in the gym, how to prep for a class when handed a pre-made lesson plan, and other core concepts unique to Preschool Coaches League — the head and the heart of preschool, intention+magic, and connection-based rituals.
This is the stuff that transforms programs quickly!
In this stage, coaches will learn “The Kid-focused Teaching Cycle” and the exact elements required to have a successful preschool class.
This is where they will learn how to meet the needs of individual gymnasts by bringing lessons from stages 1 and 2 into the gym.
In this stage, coaches get tactical. They will learn Preschool Coaches League’s two signature management tactics that will put them in control of 80% of class management issues, while also learning a simple framework for confidently talking to parents.
At this stage, coaches learn how to consistently increase rigor in their classes. They will understand what’s happening — developmentally — with each age group, including speedbumps, the things every coach should anticipate. Knowing how to anticipate developmental challenges separates experienced coaches from the rest.
As soon as every coach completes the Core Training Series, they will unlock new training pieces that deliver a balance of strategy and tactics to help them implement their ideas and take action.
The Preschool Coaches League Library includes the following:
4-5 minute, bite-sized CHILD DEVELOPMENT tips about varying preschool ages. Think of these as tiny deep dives on what to look for in specific classes with specific ages in mind.
Looking for feedback on your ideas? Want to connect with other owners, directors or coaches? Ask Sarah Fennell-Cooper, creator of Preschool Coaches League, anything on your mind, in a whole-group setting.

You look out over the gym floor at your preschool gym coaches and think… Why aren’t they teaching better?
But you can’t put your finger on what better is.
What you’re doing is picking up on the subtle skills required to engage with and educate preschoolers.
You might think they just need to ‘act goofier’ but teaching preschoolers isn’t a personality issue. It’s a training issue.
At the end of a long day, you want your coaches to feel confident when they get on the floor.
Preschool Coaches League gives you the right framework and language to lead your coaches to successful preschool programs that exceed your expectations.
That’s not why parents are enrolling their kids into your programs.
What’s more important is connecting with their coach, learning new skills, having fun, staying busy, and making friends.
And it all starts on the floor, with your coaches.
Let's recap what you get when you join
Preschool Coaches League:
Gym owners and directors who have a preschool program, or want to get a preschool program up and running.
No.
Preschool Coaches League is not:
It is:
Just like you can’t attend one semester of university to become a primary school teacher, you can’t attend a one-time training and expect to become a Star Coach.
It requires ongoing learning, instruction, feedback, support and professional development.
If you want to have the reputation for having the best coaches in the business, you’re going to need to support your staff on their journey to not just become one but to stay one.
If you were to watch the core training videos back-to-back, they'd take about 2.5 hours (we do not recommend this!)
The time commitment really depends on your expectations of your coaches and their action guides. Some members report a total investment of 5-8 hours for each coach.
The ongoing lessons, boosts, and re-assigned trainings would be additional time on top of the core training.
The best bit? Every coach gets their own login, so they can access the portal and training whenever and wherever it suits them. All of their progress can be monitored from within a single Owner or Director dashboard.
People will never stop having children. And parents will never stop trying to tire them out. When delivered with the right strategy, focus, and touch of magic, preschool programs are a revenue powerhouse.
That’s what Preschool Coaches League gives you. A revenue powerhouse with parents becoming walking talking billboards for your business.
