Hi, I'm Sarah.
From rocking a crushed-velvet leo as a competitive gymnast in Canada in the 90s to being a Preschool Gymnastics Director in the KC area, Chicago, and New Zealand, I've spent my life sharpening my philosophies, lessons, and strategies for growing preschool programs.
Throw in five more years as a Kindergarten teacher and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, and I've got a deep understanding of the developmental phases of early childhood education.

The Secret To Lightening Your Training Load?
Preschool Coaches League's High Five Dial Framework gets everyone on the same page, letting them turn up or down certain aspects of class as needed.
Here's how it works :
Stage 1: Build Your Base
In this stage, coaches learn the basics of childhood development and how to create a solid preschool program foundation with our Retention Rocks system.
This module creates a base-knowledge for every coach that’s grounded in connection and teaching The Whole Child.
Stage 2: Create Your Crew
In this stage, coaches learn what to look for in the gym, how to prep for a class when handed a pre-made lesson plan, and other core concepts unique to Preschool Coaches League — the head and the heart of preschool, intention+magic, and connection-based rituals.
This is the stuff that transforms programs quickly!
Stage 3: Focus Your Teaching
In this stage, coaches will learn “The Kid-focused Teaching Cycle” and the exact elements required to have a successful preschool class.
This is where they will learn how to meet the needs of individual gymnasts by bringing lessons from stages 1 and 2 into the gym.
Stage 4: Manage Your Class

What’s the time commitment?
If you were to watch the core training videos back-to-back, they'd take about 2.5 hours (we do not recommend this!)
The time commitment really depends on your expectations of your coaches and their action guides. Some members report a total investment of 5-8 hours for each coach.
The ongoing lessons, boosts, and re-assigned trainings would be additional time on top of the core training.
